Lifco acquires HGT in Germany

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a majority of the shares in the German company HGT Hydraulikgreifer-Technologie GmbH . The company is a niche manufacturer of attachments for material handling machines. In 2022, HGT reported net sales of approximately EUR 19 million. The company is based in Ilsede, Germany and has 35 employees. HGT will be consolidated in Business Area Demolition & Tools. Consolidation is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2023. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings
