Lifco acquires a product portfolio from TrollDental

Lifco has signed an agreement to acquire a product portfolio from the Swedish company TrollDental . The company is a niche manufacturer of dental products. In 2019, the acquired product portfolio reported net sales of approximately 25 MSEK. The most prominent brands in the product portfolio are TrollFoil, TrollBag and TrollByte. The business will be consolidated in Business Area Dental. The acquisition will not have any significant effect on Lifco’s earnings or financial position in current financial year.
