Lifco updates its MTN program and publishes an updated base prospectus with increased framework amount
Lifco has updated the base prospectus for the company’s MTN program (Medium Term Notes) where the framework amount has been increased from SEK 6 billion to SEK 8 billion. The MTN program will provide the opportunity to issue bonds in the Swedish market. The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority has today approved and registered the updated Swedish language base prospectus. The prospectus is available on Lifco’s website lifco.se.
