LIFELOCK FILES REGISTRATION STATEMENT FOR PROPOSED INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING
Tempe, Ariz. – (August 28th, 2012) – LifeLock, Inc., an industry leader in identity theft protection, announced today that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not been determined. LifeLock intends to apply to list its common stock on The New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "LOCK".
Goldman, Sachs & Co., BofA Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will act as joint book-running managers for the offering. RBC Capital Markets, Canaccord Genuity Inc., and Needham & Company, LLC will act as co-managers.
