The research and development company LightLab Sweden AB (“LightLab”), which develops new, energy efficient lighting technology without mercury and other hazardous materials, and Zodic Light World Technology Inc. of Taiwan (“Zodic”), which develops and sells advanced applied materials and products to the optoelectronics market, have agreed to cooperate on the development of a new generation of FEL light sources for indoor applications. The new light sources will meet consumer needs for a long lifetime and low energy consumption, and will meet the increasing consumer demand for environmentally friendly lighting solutions. The first indoor products will be launched during 2012, according to Hubert Lo, Chairman and CEO at Zodic.

Zodic Light World Technology Inc. of Taiwan is a recently established company, selling, marketing and developing leading key technologies for the global optoelectronics market, which Zodic supplies with advanced applied materials and products.
