LightLab Sweden and Arklite Speciality Lamps sign MoU
- A memorandum of understanding signed around manufacturing of UV-lamps
- Negotiations on a co-operation agreement have been initiated
LightLab Sweden and Arklite Speciality Lamps Ltd., Pune, India, have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) around manufacturing of UV lamps, primarily for disinfection of water, air and surfaces.
The MoU expresses the two Companies intention to execute a commercial co-operation agreement around manufacturing of UV lamps, where Arklite manufactures UV lamps based on LightLab Sweden´s EEE Light® technology combined with their own expertise in speciality lamps and quartz glass technology.
The background to this MoU is that the two companies since the fourth quarter of 2016 have had a dialogue, which now has led to the conclusion that both commercial and technical conditions necessary to reach an agreement around manufacturing of UV lamps are in place. The two Companies have therefore entered into negotiations with each other for the purpose of executing a co-operation agreement.
