Citystay Apartments announce new Premises and plans for the Future
Citystay Ltd, a Cambridge based serviced apartment provider have announced ambitious plans for the future including new premises and an enhanced team to support customers.
Citystay are award winning providers in this competitive sector having being awarded a 5 star rating and the gold award for the 4thsuccessive year from Quality in Tourism for ‘exceptional quality of accommodation and customer service’. Following their recent inspection Citystay have been nominated for the new national Welcome Award.
Citystay Ltd was founded by Neil & Angela Fernandez, Kevin Hill and Karen Goodsell in 2008 and now offer more than 40 apartments in central Cambridge for short stay accommodation including corporate lets. Priding themselves on service, above and beyond expectation, Citystay ensure customers can enjoy luxurious extras including Egyptian cotton linen, welcome packs, fresh flowers, WIFI, goose down pillows and personal check in.
Short stay apartments are ideal for short family breaks or corporate lets where the individuals want to enjoy more of a home from home. Many corporate clients talk about ‘Hotel fatigue’ after spending a lot of time working away from home and love the freedom and privacy that a short stay apartment brings. Short term accommodation of this type is very competitively priced, often costing the same or less than a hotel room. First class service however is key hence the decision taken to invest in new premises allowing some services, previously outsourced, to be brought in house.
Citystay have therefore moved to new 3000 square feet premises in Cambridge which incorporate laundry and kitchen facilities. New recruits include sales, office and housekeeping personnel to support the existing team.
