Lime Technologies AB's (publ) Nomination Committee for the 2020 Annual General Meeting

In accordance with the decision by Lime Technologies' Annual General Meeting on April 28, 2019, the Chairman of the Board, Peter Larsson, has summoned the Nomination Committee. After consultation with the major shareholders of the company as per August 31, 2019, the Committee consists of the following members:

• Thomas Bill, Chairman of the Nomination Committee, representing Monterro 1 AB and 19.1% of the shares and votes
• Emil Hjalmarsson, representing Grenspecialisten Förvaltning AB and 8.4% of the shares and votes
• Marianne Flink, representing Swedbank Robur Fonder AB and 9.5% of the shares and votes
• Peter Larsson, Lime Technologies’ Chairman of the Board, is adjunct to the Nomination Committee.

Syringa Capital AB, owned by Erik Syrén, CEO of Lime Technologies, representing 10.1% of the shares and votes in Lime Technologies, has declined participation in the Nomination Committee for the 2020 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The Nomination Committee will prepare proposals for the AGM in 2020, including proposals for the Chairman of the AGM, Board members, Chairman of the Board, remuneration for Board members, auditors, fees to the auditors and the tasks and composition of the Nomination Committee for the AGM in 2021.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee should send an email to nomination-committee@lime.tech. The last day to submit a proposal to the Nomination Committee is March 17, 2019 (six weeks before the AGM on April 28, 2019).
