During March a total of 783,481 new shares in Lime Technologies AB (publ) were issued as a result of the exercise of warrants in the 2014/2019 and 2015/2019 series (both of which were issued as part of employee incentive programs). Following the exercise, there are no further warrants outstanding.

As of March 29, 2019, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares and votes in Lime Technologies amounts to 13,283,481. Each share carries one vote.
