    Lindab Group completes the divestment of operations in Romania

    The divestment of Lindab Group's operations in Romania has now been completed after approval from national authorities. This completes business area Profile Systems' exit from Eastern Europe.Lindab Group announced in December 2025 that an agreement had been reached to divest the operations in Romania. The divestment has been subject to review by national investment authorities, which have now approved the buyers of the business.   The operations have around 100 employees and had an annual turnover in 2025 of approximately 210 MSEK.     Ventilation Systems showed stable sales in the first quarter of the year, and the operating margin improved thanks to efficiency measures.     On 31 July 2025, Lindab Group announced that an agreement had been reached to divest the profile business in Hungary.     Lindab’s largest business area Ventilation Systems delivered a strong result. The operating margin amounted to 9.9 percent thanks to increased gross margin and implemented cost reductions.     Lindab completes the acquisition of Ventia

    Lindab's acquisition of the Polish ventilation company Ventia has been completed today, following approval from the Polish competition authority. The acquisition will complement Lindab's existing operations in the Polish market and is another important step in increasing sales of technical ventilation products.Lindab first announced the acquisition of Ventia on 12 March 2025.     Lindab's acquisition of the British ventilation company HAS-Vent Ltd has been completed on 1 July, following a review by the British competition authority CMA (Competition and Markets Authority). This will result in the integration of operations.     Lindab CEO acquires share options

    Lindab’s president and CEO Ola Ringdahl acquires 100,000 share options as part of the group’s share option program 2025–2028 for senior executives. The option price is SEK 25.30 each, making the total investment SEK 2,530,000. The acquisition is partly financed by the sale of 10,000 Lindab shares, at a value of approximately SEK 2,062,000. Consequently, a net investment of SEK 468,000 is made in Lindab securities. Following the sale, Ola Ringdahl owns 120,000 shares in Lindab. The divestment was reported to Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) on 11 June.
