LifeGas to highlight flexible home oxygen solutions at Medtrade Exposition
ATLANTA, October 10, 2012 – Homecare professionals are invited to meet with LifeGas healthcare experts at the 2012 Medtrade Exposition being held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia, October 16-18, to discuss ways for homecare companies to meet the challenges in today’s difficult economic environment.
LifeGas is the U.S. medical gas business of Linde Gas North America LLC, a member of The Linde Group, a world-leading gases and engineering company. LifeGas was one of the first medical gas companies to deliver oxygen directly to patients’ homes on behalf of homecare providers. As the only accredited medical gas manufacturer, LifeGas has built its history, mission and vision upon serving the homecare, long-term care and hospital business sectors.
The Medtrade Conference and Expo provides representations of the home medical equipment (HME) industry and gives the opportunity to connect with hundreds of exhibitors offering the latest products, services and education to meet the challenges they face. Eric Weisholtz, head of Healthcare Sales North America, points out, “Medtrade is the gold standard among all trade shows in the homecare industry. Our business was built upon supporting and serving homecare companies and we are excited about the opportunities that Medtrade presents. We are here for one reason: The economics of homecare are continually changing and Lifegas is driven to provide solutions to help homecare companies thrive in this challenging environment.”
In booth #1863 LifeGas will feature its range of homecare offerings, including the OXYTRAVEL® travel oxygen coordination program, a 24/7 travel oxygen service for patients traveling anywhere in the world. Medical sales specialists will be on hand to discuss this program and other LifeGas solutions, as well as how they can provide tailored products and services to meet specific customer needs.
Anthony Eafrati, Region Business manager for LifeGas, said, “LifeGas is proud of its contribution to the HME industry. We have recognized our customers’ needs in an ever-changing and turbulent market and we did our best to offer solutions along the way. We want our loyal customers, healthcare partners and everyone in the durable medical equipment world to know we will continue to listen and respond just as we have in the past.”
