Linde signs bulk gases agreement with Ohio distributor
Lefeld Welding bolsters Linde’s customer supply capabilities in Ohio
Murray Hill & New Providence, New Jersey, U.S., September 26, 2011 – Linde North America, through one of its U.S. affiliates, is bolstering its nationwide supply network of cryogenic gases by signing a multi-year agreement with Lefeld Welding and Steel Supplies, Inc., of Coldwater, Ohio, for bulk liquid oxygen, nitrogen, argon and carbon dioxide.
Linde North America is a member of The Linde Group, a world-leading gases and engineering company. Lefeld Welding is an independent distributor of industrial, medical, welding gases, welding and cutting equipment, power hand tools, safety supplies construction equipment and related accessories.

Lefeld Welding began as a fabrication shop in 1953, moving into compressed cylinder gases distribution in 1965. Operating from two locations, Coldwater and Greenville, Ohio, the company now supplies welding gases and equipment to industrial, commercial and residential customers in such dense business centers as Lima and Dayton, Ohio, and Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Linde will also supply product directly to Lefeld’s bulk customers from its plants in Lima and Delta, Ohio, and Springville, Indiana.
