Stockmann’s financial reports and Annual General Meeting in 2023
STOCKMANN plc, Financial calendar 22.12.2022 at 12:00 EET
Stockmann will publish its financial statements bulletin for 2022 on 24 February 2023. The company’s annual reporting will be published in the week starting on 27 February 2023.
The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 22 March 2023.
The financial reports will be released in 2023 as follows:
- Interim Management Statement, January-March: 28 April 2023
- Half year Financial Report, January-June: 21 July 2023
- Interim Management Statement, January-September: 27 October 2023
The financial reports will be published at approximately 8:00 am EET on the days mentioned above. The releases are available in English, Finnish and Swedish. Stockmann observes a 30-day silent period before the publication of financial reports.
