Lindex appoints Anna-Karin Dahlberg as Director of Sustainability

Anna-Karin Dahlberg has been appointed Director of Sustainability and new member of Lindex’s management group. Anna-Karin has solid competence as well as long experience of driving a global sustainability agenda and started her new position on 1 February 2022.

‘I am pleased to present Anna-Karin Dahlberg as Lindex’s Director of Sustainability. Anna-Karin has worked close to the management group for many years and with her new role, we will be able to take further steps on our journey as a global fashion company where sustainability is an integrated part of our business. With her solid experience and competence, Anna-Karin will have a key role in accelerating our transformation to a more sustainable and circular business’ says Susanne Ehnbåge, CEO at Lindex.

Anna-Karin has an extensive background at Lindex, where she started in 2002 as a Buying Assistant. During her time at Lindex she has for the past 17 years had leadership positions within the fashion company, for example as Assortment Manager as well as responsible for Lindex’s production offices in both China, India and Hong Kong. In recent years Anna-Karin has successfully been driving the global sustainability work at Lindex, most recently in her role as Head of Sustainability.
