Lindex changes its dress policy for store staff After careful consideration by the Lindex Group Management, the Company has decided to change its dress policy as the previous policy could be perceived as offensive with regard to religion, which has never been Lindex's intention. The Company has therefore decided to offer Heidi Winberg, who was previously employed at Lindex in Halmstad, re-employment. Lindex's dress policy for store staff is to be neutral with regard to the staff member's religion and not be seen to be offensive. "Heidi Winberg is welcome to return to her previous job as decorator, and we naturally respect her faith, as we always have," says Hans Johansson, President of Lindex.
