News release Lindex strengthens its management in Germany The initial project organisation for Lindex's establishment in Germany, which was formed in connection with the start during spring 98, is now being strengthened ahead of the continued expansion. A strongly focused operating organisation has been established under the leadership of Anders Jansson, Head of Lindex International in which Germany, Norway and Finland are included, aside from the current establishment function. Against this background, the Board of Directors of Lindex Textilvertrieb GmbH, Germany has decided to appoint Füsun Khan as Sales Manager/President of the company. She comes from a number of leading positions in the retail trade of which can be mentioned Country Manager of Habitat in Germany and Regional Manager of Hennes & Mauritz in Germany. "Through the recruitment of Füsun Khan, Lindex's operations in Germany will get access to her extensive experience and significant expertise with regard to the running of strongly conceptual retail trading in chain-form," says Anders Jansson in a comment on the appointment. As Sales Manager/President of Lindex Textilvertrieb GmbH, Ms Khan will report to Anders Jansson, Head of Lindex International. The current Project Manager in Germany, Christer Malmerberg, will now be able to focus on establishment matters even more extensively.
