‘I am incredibly happy and honoured to receive this prestigious award. For me, it is not about personal recognition, but a proof of the great customer focus, fantastic engagement, and dedicated work that all Lindex employees show every day. It is how we do things together that is the key to our success, and I am grateful for the opportunity to work with so many amazing colleagues. It is with great enthusiasm that I look forward to our continued journey’, says CEO Susanne Ehnbåge.
Lindex’s Chief Digital Officer, Annika Elfström, comments on the Digital Initiative of the Year award:

Our innovative AI solution is part of our digital store programme, where we are building a strong digital foundation to take the customer experience to the next level. This recognition is a great proof of teamwork and engagement, with the drive to be at the forefront of creating innovative solutions that make a difference. We look forward to continuing to drive innovation and change within the industry’.
