New President of Lindex AS, Norway appointed

New President of Lindex AS, Norway appointed The Board of Directors of Lindex AS, Norway, today appointed Per-Martin Eng, Sales Director of Lindex AS, Sales Director/President of the company. Per-Martin Eng succeeds the company's current President, Leif Larsson who, as previously announced in a news release, has been appointed Executive Vice President with responsibility for Investor Relations in AB Lindex. As President of AB Lindex's wholly-owned subsidiary, Lindex AS, Per-Martin Eng will report direct to Anders Jansson, Head of Lindex International. During the Board Meeting, a decision was also made to move Lindex AS's Control and Personnel Department in Greåker outside Fredrikstad to the company's sales office in Oslo. In connection with the move, some of the functions in the Control Department at the office in Greåker will be transferred to AB Lindex, Sweden. "The office changes are being made with the aim of making the administration work within the Lindex Group more efficient," says Hans Johansson, President and CEO of AB Lindex in a comment on the changes.
