Flagging of Søren Sundahl, Board member of LINK Mobility Group ASA

Sundahl ApS controlled by Søren Sundahl, board member of LINK Mobility Group ASA, has today bought 18.093 shares in LINK Mobility Group ASA at an average price of NOK 150.06 per share.

After the above-mentioned transactions, Sundahl ApS' total shareholding in LINK is 1.515.934 shares (10.63%), of which 400.000 shares are on a future contract with Sparebank 1 Markets AS. In addition, Søren Sundahl holds 50,000 options in LINK.
