LINK – POSSIBLE JOINT VENTURE WITH WWTT

Oslo, 9 April 2014. WWTT and Link Mobility Group ASA (“Link Mobility” or the “Company”) are in discussions regarding a possible joint venture between the parties. Through the planned cooperation, the parties intend to utilize Link Mobility’s technology in the Mobile Dialogue and Mobile Payment business area together with WWTT's fingerprint technology to establish new business opportunities in the Asian market. The parties expect to enter into a final agreement in the near future and will then provide more information regarding the possible cooperation when such agreement has been entered into.

We hope to be able to export our know-how and products to several markets in Asia. WWTT has been very successful in combining technologies to make killer solutions and products. We welcome them as a large shareholder in Link Mobility.
