Link Mobility Group ASA has mandated ABG Sundal Collier ASA and Danske Bank to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings in the Nordics commencing on 10 November 2017. A EUR 30 million tap issue of the outstanding senior secured bonds listed on Oslo Børs with ticker LINK01 (ISIN: NO0010786577) may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. If successful, net proceeds from such transaction will be used to provide funding for future acquisitions in line with the acquisition strategy towards 2018.
