Linklaters advises the bidder on recommended public cash offer for Cint

Linklaters has advised Triton Partners and a consortium led by Triton Fund 6 on its recommended public cash offer to acquire all shares in Cint Group AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap. The offer values Cint Group AB at approximately SEK 2.0 billion. The consortium includes Triton Fund 6, Bolero, Patrick Comer and Brett Schnittlich.

Cint Group AB is one of the world's largest research technology platforms, founded in 1998, with over 290 million respondents across more than 130 countries and a global workforce of over 700 employees and comprises more than 15 companies.
