LITRE METER STRENGTHENS ENGINEERING TEAM
UK flowmeter specialist Litre Meter (www.litremeter.com) has made two new appointments to further strengthen its in-house engineering capabilities.
Daniel Grant joins the Buckingham-based business as a production engineer while Filip Nevezi joins as an electronics engineer.
Daniel is an apprentice-trained engineer with a first class honours degree in engineering. He brings with him a broad range of skills and experience gained from working in the automotive industry as quality inspector for Nissan and as a fitter/machinist for Dawson Construction Plant.
Filip has studied for four years at the Kosice Electro-technical school in Slovakia and has a BA in Business Studies and Organisation Behaviour from the University of Bedfordshire.
Since 2008 he has gained experience with a number of UK manufacturers and joins Litre Meter from one of its customers, HEL Ltd at Borehamwood.
Filip’s immediate role will be to act as a direct provider of detailed electronic technical support.
Commenting on the new appointments Litre Meter CEO Charles Wemyss said: “I am delighted to welcome Daniel and Filip to Litre Meter and I am sure that they will grow to become valued members of our team.
“Daniel brings with him a wealth of engineering experience from one of our key market sectors. Daniel will be working closely with our team in the workshop, but will also be involved in all other areas of the business; especially helping the viscous fluid flowmeter team when available.
“As Filip’s experience grows I hope that he will be able to use this and his natural ability to help further advance Litre Meter’s new product development.”
