CHILDRENS AUDITIONS DISNEY’S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST PRESENTED BY BRISTOL LIGHT OPERA CLUB SATURDAY 26TH JUNE AT 10AM THE BRISTOL HIPPODROME From Tuesday 26th – Saturday 30th October, Bristol Light Opera Club will be presenting Disney’s Beauty and the Beast at The Bristol Hippodrome and the company are looking for boys to play the part of Chip (son of Mrs Potts!) The company are holding open auditions at the theatre on Saturday 26th June and are looking for boys aged between 8 and 12, no taller than 4’, who should be able to sing, act and move well, though no previous experience is necessary. The date of the performance is half term and if successful attendance would be required at rehearsals on Monday nights and some Sundays and Wednesdays closer to the performance. Auditionees, along with their guardians, should arrive for 10am on the 26th. Please wear comfortable clothing and be ready to move, act and sing. You will be taught audition material on the day so please do not prepare anything. Attendance at open auditions can take a while, so please bring refreshments. Please arrive at the theatre main front entrance on St Augustine’s Parade.
