Contact Group broadens its portfolio with the addition of HomeContact - making communications with parents quick, easy and hassle free
School to home communications specialist Contact Group has broadened its portfolio with the acquisition of HomeContact, providers of text message, email communication and online payment systems to clubs, schools and other organisations. The HomeContact communication system provides users with the ability to send letters, information and reminders to parents via email or text message within seconds. The company’s HomePay online payment system is also integrated into the HomeContact system and enables parents to pay securely for anything from school meals and trips, to music lessons and club fees.
HomeContact services make communicating with parents quick, easy and hassle free, saving hours of time and helping schools make significant savings. They are free for parents and used by 300 schools and organisations including nursery, infant, primary, junior, academies and secondary schools, sports clubs, Scouts, Guides and Boys/Girls Brigade Clubs.
Schools using HomeContact have been informed that the services will now be operated by Contact Group and will remain operational for their customers to use as usual. Contact Group will be reviewing the features of all its products to ensure that schools are provided with the best product features from both companies.
