LKAB's Annual General Meeting was held 27 April 2023 at Vetenskapens Hus in Luleå. The AGM decided that a dividend of 7.54 billion kronor would be paid to the owner. Göran Persson was re-elected Chairman of the Board, and Anders Borg and Kerstin Konradsson were elected as new board members. 

The AGM decided that a dividend of 7.54 billion kronor, corresponding to 10,771 kronor per share, would be paid to the owner for the 2022 financial year. The AGM granted the board members and President discharge from liability for the 2022 financial year. 


It was decided that the board will consist of nine members, with Göran Persson, Catrin Fransson, Eva Hamilton, Bjarne Moltke Hansen, Lotta Mellström, Gunilla Saltin and Per-Olof Wedin re-elected, and newly elected board members Anders Borg and Kerstin Konradsson. Göran Persson was re-elected Chairman of the Board. Gunnar Axheim and Ola Salmén stepped down from the board. 


The registered public accounting firm KPMG AB was re-elected as auditor. KPMG AB has appointed authorised public accountant Helena Arvidsson Älgne as auditor in charge.


The Annual General Meeting resolved that director's fees to the Chairman will amount to 721,000 kronor. Other board members who are not employee representatives or employees of the Government Offices will receive SEK 325,000. Auditor invoices will be settled on approval.


Following the AGM two brief public seminars, concerning LKAB's planned circular park in Luleå and future electricity supply, were held.
