Systematic and innovative measures to ensure the supply of qualified personnel are decisive for success as LKAB takes the lead in the green transition of the iron and steel industry. The new Senior Vice President HR will be Maria Reinholdsson.

"We foresee a very great need to attract new colleagues and to retain and develop our current co-workers. Our co-workers and their knowledge and skills will be decisive for enabling the very considerable transition we are about to make. We are therefore pleased to welcome Maria Reinholdsson as LKAB's new Senior Vice President HR and a member of group management," says Jan Moström, LKAB's President and CEO.

Most recently, Maria Reinholdsson has served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Telenor Sweden. She also has a solid background within Vattenfall. Maria Reinholdsson will assume her new position during the third quarter of 2022 at the latest and will be stationed in Luleå.

As Senior Vice President HR and Sustainability Grete Solvang Stoltz has left LKAB, the company has reviewed the organisation. This means that the current position of Senior Vice President HR and Sustainability has been replaced by two positions: a Senior Vice President HR and a Senior Vice President Sustainability. Åse Juhlin has served as Acting Senior Vice President HR since the start of the year.
