Lloyd Parry programme outlnes new forms of adaptive organisational workforces

Stephen Parry of Lloyd Parry International delivered a well-received programme to the recent International Conference on Technology, Policy and Innovation, held in Milton Keynes, UK from June 17 to June 19 2015. This was the first time that the ICTIP had been held in the UK.

The programme outlined ways to create managerial systems that can rapldly change organisations and increase the adaptability of the workforce. Parry's new research-driven adaptive framework highlighted the core features of truly adaptive organisations. His presentation focused primarily on a new form of management where an adaptive workforce acts as the cutting edge in developing a winning business culture which will support the organisational change agenda.

Stephen Parry said:

"It was an absolute honour to share the stage with such a prestigious group of thought-leaders representing academic, business and government to present issues of absolutely critical importance. My own presentation, highlighting ways that organisations can develop adaptive cultures, was very well received, with many follow-up questions from delegates."

The presentation continued a very busy year for Stephen, who spends much of his time presenting at conferences throughout the world.
