The Board of Directors of LMK Group AB (publ) has decided to propose the distribution of a dividend of 1.75 SEK per share for 2022, corresponding to a total amount of 22.2 MSEK. Further, the nominating committee has proposed Johan Kleberg as new member of the Board. The Annual General Meeting will be held on April 27, 2022.

The Board has proposed an updated dividend policy which is meant to provide shareholders with a dividend that offers a good direct return while giving the company the opportunity to invest in strategic growth opportunities. The target dividend over the next 3 to 5 years should amount to at least 1.75 SEK per share on an annual basis. The dividend distribution will not affect the company’s ability to perform its obligations in the short-term or the long-term and is supported by the cash position of 160,7 MSEK end of December 2021. The record date of the dividend is proposed to be the 29 April 2022 and the day of payment 4 May 2022.

The nominating committee has proposed Johan Kleberg as new member of the Board. Johan Kleberg is the CEO, chairman and co-owner of Bookbinders Design. He was born in 1975, has a master's degree in economics from the Stockholm School of Economics. He has long and broad experience from media and e-commerce, including from C More, where he was CEO, and Adlibris, where he also was the CEO. Johan holds 2000 shares in LMK Group.

- The nominating committee is convinced that Johan, with his experience, will be a good support to the management team in business development issues, the packaging of offers and in logistics, distribution and ESG issues, says Mathias Hedlund, Chairman of the Board.

In addition, the Nomination Committee proposes re-election of Gert Munthe, Charlotte Gogstad and Therese Reuterswärd. Fredrik Kongsli is not standing for re-election.
