Specialist recruitment consultancy looks to add to their professional team to manage further growth with Open Evenings in Southampton and Portsmouth

Advanced Resource Managers (ARM) announced the relaunch of their brand to reflect their status as a fast growth business and leading employer in the Hampshire area. As organisations across the UK face a war for talent, ARM are looking to further expand their successful team and will be holding an open evening in the centre of Southampton on 24th May and in Portsmouth on 27th May. Speaking about the new brand, Managing Director Mike Gawthorne said: “We were keen to develop a brand which reflected the profile not only of our blue chip clients and high quality candidates, but also of our highly professional team. Despite the recent challenges in the economy which has left many other recruitment businesses struggling, we are proud to have not made any redundancies and to be announcing turnover well in excess of £70million. We plough the profits of the business back into our staff training to ensure that working at ARM isn’t just another job, it’s a career with genuine opportunities for progression.” Last year, ARM became the first ever organisation to be awarded the Institute of Recruitment Professionals Award for People Development in recognition of their commitment to staff training and development. Gawthorne added: “We’re keen to open our doors to meet with motivated individuals who want to take the opportunity to be part of our successful team. We’re looking for experienced recruiters and motivated graduates with a desire to succeed. We know that businesses across the UK are facing a war for the best talent to ensure that they are competitive and the only way we can support them is to ensure that we have the best possible team ourselves.” The open evenings will run from 5.30pm – 8.00pm.
