Christos P. Lemos Shipping Group announces long term charity commitment

Distinguished Greek shipping group commits $5,000 per year for the next five years

Two arms of Christos P. Lemos Shipping Group, C. P. Lemos Shipping SA and Alert Shipmanagement Ltd announced today that they would be making a long term commitment to global charity Sailors’ Society to support seafarers in need. Mr. George A. Diamantaras from C.P. Lemos Shipping SA said: “The Christos P. Lemos Shipping Group greatly values the Sailors’ Society’s dedication to supporting and enhancing the lives of seafarers worldwide.” Captain Kostas Burbulas from Alert Shipmanagement added “Our Group are delighted to help maintain the Society's current level of services throughout the world through regular annual donation for the next five years.” Director of Fundraising Jan Webber said: “We are delighted to receive this pledge, and would like to thank the Christos P Lemos Shipping Group for their tremendous support. Pledges of regular donations allow us to ensure that we reach and support seafarers and their families across the world for many years to come.
