Local experts Jaluch and LexisClick Online Marketing present a free breakfast seminar at AFC Bournemouth

A seminar taking place on Wednesday 17th November at AFC Bournemouth in association with Dorset Chamber of Commerce and Industry will unlock the secrets to successful recruitment online. The web can be a powerful tool for companies looking to attract the right talent to a successful company, but a recruitment campaign needs the right structure to maximise the benefits. The seminar is co-hosted by HR experts Jaluch and LexisClick Online Marketing, who will be presenting their views on the topic and offering a valuable insight into online recruitment. Yvonne Guérineau at Jaluch said: “We’re really looking forward to this event. Recruiting online varies from traditional print advertisements, but the medium offers genuine opportunities for employers to attract the right staff if they get their online campaign right. There are quite a few issues employers need to consider, and we’re looking forward to sharing our experience with local Bournemouth employers to help them recruit the right people to help their business grow.” Stephen Bavister at LexisClick Online Marketing added: “We find that whilst many businesses are using online job boards and have a careers page or small section on their website, they often aren’t making the most of the opportunities available by recruiting online. We are excited about being able to give local businesses some useful insights into how they can get the most out of their online recruitment campaigns to attract the best talent into their businesses.” The event starts at 8am at AFC Bournemouth, and delegates will have a chance to network and enjoy breakfast as well as listen to presentations on how to create a successful online recruitment campaign and the key HR and legal considerations for companies recruiting online. Anyone looking to attend the event should contact Ann on 01425 479888 to register for a free place. Ends Words: 228
