SG Consultancy purchases Autofocus

SG Consultancy has today announced the purchase of spot hire rate evidence providers Autofocus, following the company entering into administration. The move marks a positive step for Autofocus and allows SG Consultancy to widen their reach across the industry. The Group combines the two companies’ expertise within the framework of SG Consultancy’s established high quality services across the insurance and wider commercial markets. SG Consultancy provides support to insurers and others in handling litigation arising from credit hire claims. The Lowestoft office will remain open but will be rebranded as SG Consultancy. To ensure compliance with the SG’s high standards all the Case Handlers will undergo rigorous training to ensure that they operate within SG’s defined quality processes and procedures. Steph Goeting, Director at SG Consultancy said: “Despite the recent difficulties, the remaining Autofocus team are experts in their field and with this purchase, we aim to merge the companies to ensure assimilation of their knowledge into the Group whilst at the same time raising quality standards. Together with our affiliate Company Kirk Global we have completed the due diligence process in relation to Autofocus and we have confidence in the team’s integrity and ability.
