James Sale from Motivational Maps to speak at Jaluch HR Networking event

HR consultancy Jaluch has caught the mood of the industry with their next seminar which tackles the greatest challenge for HR teams in the current employment market – motivation. For companies facing a drop in sales and staff concerns about possible redundancy, maintaining the motivation needed to keep a company growing is no easy task. To address this issue, Jaluch have engaged a leading expert from the company Motivational Maps for their latest HR Networking Club seminar to look at how HR teams can retain staff, boost team performance and in the long run, improve business profitability. The seminar takes place on 29th September in Hammersmith, London. Sandra Molloy from Espresso said: “I’ve been a member of the Jaluch HR Networking Club for two years, and I really look forward to the meetings as they are always informative, lively and a chance to talk confidentially to professionals who share the same challenges. Jaluch get some great speakers in, too, and that gives us a great talking point and injection of new ideas.” Elisabeth Fitch, Regional Director at Jaluch added: “Our networking club grew out of a need our clients had to meet other HR professionals to discuss the issues of the day. Often the HR function can be isolated in an organisation, and the nature of the work means that they can’t share their challenges with their colleagues. Since starting the club, it’s taken on a life of its own and become a really vibrant and valuable resource for everyone involved.” The talk is the latest from the Jaluch Networking Club, which offers HR professionals a chance to network, share their experiences and work through challenges together, as well as listen to key industry speakers. The club was started from a need by HR managers to have a confidential and dynamic forum in which to discuss business-critical HR matters. Every session includes not only the guest speaker, but also a round table discussion on current issues.
