Leading Southern law firm appointed as adviser for Micheldever Group

Thomas Eggar LLP, a leading Southern law firm, has been appointed as legal adviser for the Hampshire-based Micheldever Group Limited. Following a competitive tender process, Thomas Eggar LLP will now handle most areas of Micheldever’s legal work. Micheldever was founded in 1972 as a part-time venture providing car servicing and tyres to both consumers and businesses. The company is the largest independent wholesaler, distributor and retailer of tyres in the UK, and supplies 20 percent of the total market. In 2009 Micheldever jumped 45 places to 109th position in the annual Sunday Times HSBC Top Track 250 league table of the best performing mid-market private companies. Having been commended for its time, energy and effort prior to and throughout the tender process, Thomas Eggar LLP impressed the Micheldever management team with its ability to provide services from various specialist areas across the firm, as well as its commitment to the highest level of client services.
