What: The Rendezvous Casino Southend celebrates Armed Forces Day. The entertainment is free of charge but if you wish to enjoy our special one off menu it is £19.99 a head (with a 15% discount off all drinks for those who dress up in war inspired uniforms! Come and join the celebrations as The Rendezvous Casino in Southend remembers the war veterans in the lead up to Armed Forces Day. In honour of this special weekend, the casino is holding an Armed forces event at the club on Friday 26th June with a special themed menu and entertainment. Get ready for an evening of fun, food and frolics and some old classics from our 40’s tribute including some of Vera Lynn’s much loved hits. Guests are encouraged to throw caution to the wind and have a bit of fun dressing up. Those who come in uniform will receive 15% off all drinks at the bar, so be brave! In addition to this we will be offering all veterans who can produce proof of age (if applicable) 15% off all drinks at the bar regardless of whether they are in uniform or not as a mark of respect! The Casino will also be involved in a number of celebrations on Armed Forces Day itself (27th June) such as a tug of war challenge!
