Item affecting comparability amounting to MSEK -53 charged in the second quarter

The result for the second quarter 2011 includes an item affecting comparability amounting to MSEK -53 relating to prior periods. The item is related to incorrect valuation of assets and liabilities in Loomis’ Austrian subsidiary, which has been ongoing and accumulated for many years. The errors are not related to the operational handling of customers’ money but involve the financial reporting. As a consequence of uncovering these errors, the entire management inAustriahas been replaced.

The interim report for the second quarter will be released as planned on July 29.
