Loomis AB (publ) issues bonds of EUR 100 million with SEK (Swedish Export Credit Corporation)
Loomis has issued three bonds with a total value of EUR 100 million with SEK (Swedish Export Credit Corporation). The bond loans have a 5-7 years maturity split into EUR 34 million maturing in December 2024, EUR 33 million in December 2025 and EUR 33 million in December 2026. The bond loans have a floating interest rate. The proceeds will be used to refinance the outstanding bond of SEK 1,000 million that matures in December 2019. The bond loans are not issued under Loomis MTN program.
