New MD of Loomis Sweden

Patrik Högberg has been appointed the new Country President for the listed cash handling company Loomis Sweden. He will replace Kenneth Högman who will return to a full-time appointment as Executive Vice President Business Development in the Group Management, a responsibility he has upheld on a part-time basis during the past year.

Patrik Högberg is currently MD for the publishing company Norsteds Juridik. Previously, he was MD for Svensk Kassaservice, a subsidiary to the Swedish Post, where he gained experience in the cash handling business. He will take up his post at Loomis Sweden by July 1, 2009 at the latest.

- Patrik Högberg’s background at Svensk Kassaservice means that he has been able to see our business from a customer perspective, something that will enable him to bring new knowledge and insight to the organisation. At the same time as a listed company we will now be able to focus even more on business development when Kenneth Högman returns to this responsibility full-time, says Loomis CEO Lars Blecko.

Loomis operations in Sweden employ approx.1,300 and has a turnover of around 800 million Swedish kronor.
