    Loomis signs a Cash Management Services (CMS) contract with one of the leading financial institutions in the US

    Loomis AB’s subsidiary in the US has entered into an agreement with Bank of America to manage its cash processing and check imaging services in approximately 30 locations in the US. The appointment means that a portion of the bank’s notes and coins will be processed in Loomis’ current branches. The transition of work to existing Loomis branches will commence in the third quarter of 2014 and is expected to be fully integrated during the first quarter of 2016.     Loomis' U.S. subsidiary has been appointed by one of the largest banks in the U.S. to take over the cash management services at four locations, including two of the bank’s major units in Houston and San Diego.     Loomis has agreed to acquire the shares of Oregon Armored Service, Inc. based inPortland,Oregonin theUSAeffective December 31, 2011. Loomis will acquire all of the operations and customers along with hiring the Oregon Armored Service, Inc. employees. The acquired contracts will add yearly revenue of approximately 6 MUSD. “Through this acquisition, we will be able to further strengthen our presence in the State ofOregon.     Loomis has completed its acquisition of Pendum

    Loomis has now completed its acquisition of the U.S. company Pendum’s cash handling business.The deal, which was announced on March 31, will have Loomis taking over cash replenishment and management of around 43,000 ATMs across the United States. The acquisition will already in 2011 boost Loomis’ U.S. operations to annual sales of around 65 million USD, the equivalent to approximately 420 million SEK.     The Swedish cash handling company Loomis’ US subsidiary has reached an agreement to acquire the cash handling business of the American company Pendum LLC. The purchase price amounts to 100 MUSD, corresponding to approximately 640 MSEK.Operations acquired include cash replenishment and management of 43,000 ATMs across the US and with an annual turnover of 100 M USD. However, Pendum’s ATM maintenance and repair business, which includes first and second line maintenance services and parts and product sales for ATMs will remain with Pendum and are not part of the Loomis acquisition.
