LOTS Group appoints new Board members to accelerate system-wide shift toward net-zero logistics
Stockholm, June 23rd 2026. LOTS Group, a subsidiary of Scania and a pioneer in data-driven and electrified transport optimization, announces the appointment of new members to its Board of Directors. The appointments reflect the company’s next phase of growth: scaling collaborative, technology-enabled logistics systems that accelerate the transition to net-zero freight
As logistics becomes increasingly complex through electrification, digitalization, and new energy constraints, LOTS Group is strengthening its governance with leaders from Scania who bring deep expertise across mobility, commercial development, people & transformation, and global operations.
The newly appointed Board members are:
- Evalena Falck, Vice President, Head of Strategic Business
- Lars Gustafsson, Senior Vice President, Head of Solutions Management
- Jeanna Tällberg, Executive Vice President, Head of People and Culture
- Roberto Barral Fonseca, Executive Regional Director Americas
- Gerhard Waser, Executive Regional Director Europe South-West
Together, they bring experience from across Scania’s global ecosystem to support LOTS Group in scaling optimized, low-emission transport across markets. The addition of perspectives from key regions such as Brazil further strengthens LOTS Group’s ability to develop solutions that reflect diverse market realities and decarbonization pathways, reinforcing its global approach to sustainable logistics transformation.
“LOTS Group is entering a phase where transformation is no longer about pilots, it’s about scale. This Board brings the strategic depth and operational understanding required to accelerate that shift,” says Jan Kilström, Chairman of the Board, LOTS Group.
The company continues to expand its collaboration with shippers, carriers, and technology partners to design and implement transport systems that reduce emissions while improving efficiency and resilience. Through digital orchestration, route optimization, and sustainable transport strategies, LOTS Group enables a shift from incremental improvements to systemic transformation.
“With the right governance in place, we can move faster from insight to impact. Our ambition is to build scalable solutions that make net-zero logistics not only possible, but commercially viable,” says Max Blatt, CEO of LOTS Group.
The appointments are effective immediately.
