CEO Peter Kisbye comments:

“We are seeing all our client programs performing above expectations, which is a testament to the combined strength of our LoyalTfacts® technology and of our clients’ loyalty programs. Our unique user experience for accruing and redeeming rewards globally really resonates with the real boss – the customer. For the first time, it is just as easy to redeem the rewards a customer has earned as it is to accrue rewards in any program anywhere.

Our LoyalTfacts® technology also enables unique and interesting partnerships for our clients. For example, Etihad Guest, the award-winning loyalty program of Etihad Airways, is now rewarding sustainable choices made by members when shopping, SAS EuroBonus has launched a unique partnership with Foodora, the market leading delivery service, and Receipt Hero the leader in digital receipts in the Nordics, is using the flexibility of LoyalTfacts® to scale their business and further combat wasteful paper receipts. FDM, the Danish Automobile Association, uses LoyalTfacts® to offer members the largest rebates on fuel in the market and Accor ALL is providing guests across 12 countries with unique experiences.

We are very proud and honored to partner with these global and market leading programs. The feedback from both our clients and their ultimate customers confirms our thesis that simplicity works; a simple user experience and simple to use SaaS software are the enablers of unique experiences and a creator of customer loyalty.

As always, none of this would be possible without the fantastic team at Loyal Solutions, now almost double in size from last year, so thank you for being you !
