Last day of trading in warrants of series TO 1 is 23 May 2022
Monday, 23 May 2022, is the last day of trading in Loyal Solutions A/S’s (“Loyal Solutions” or the “Company”) warrants of series TO 1 on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The warrants of series TO 1 were issued in connection with Loyal Solutions IPO of units that took place in June 2021. Each (1) warrant of series TO 1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in Loyal Solutions. Last day to exercise the warrants of series TO 1 and subscribe for shares is 25 May 2022. Note that the banks/nominees need to be notified well in advance before the exercise period ends.
Each (1) warrant of series TO 1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in Loyal Solutions at a price of SEK 24.00 per share. Warrants of series TO 1 that have not been exercised by Wednesday 25 May 2022 or sold by Monday 23 May 2022 will expire and therefore be worthless. Holders of warrants of series TO 1 need to act and instruct their respective bank/nominee in due time before the last day of the exercise period. Note that the banks/nominees need to be notified well in advance before the exercise period ends.
