Cloudgruppen, a company within Lyvia Group, acquires Mobile Partner
October 11nd, 2023: Cloudgruppen Sverige AB, a company within the Lyvia sphere, has acquired Mobile Partner Sweden AB, a Swedish company specialising in comprehensive telecommunication and data communication solutions. The acquisition of Mobile Partner will add SEK 5,73 M EBITDA to the group.
Cloudgruppen was founded in 2018 as an innovative company within the IT and telecom industry. With headquarters in Malmö, they have expanded geographically throughout Sweden over the last years. The acquisition of Mobile Partner is a significant enhancement to Cloudgruppen's portfolio, extending their geographical reach to include the northern regions of Sweden while also strengthening their capacity to offer a wider range of services to their clients.
