Lyvia Group acquires Aditso, a Visma ERP Technical Partner and specialists in hosting and IT infrastructure
November 7th, 2023: Lyvia Group, the European tech and software solutions group, have acquired Aditso AB and Aditso Hosting AB, a Swedish IT company specialising in business-critical services within private and public hosting, application operations and IT infrastructure. The acquisition of Aditso will add SEK 21,5m EBITDA to the group.
Aditso is a prominent Swedish IT company, with headquarters in Gothenburg and presence in both Stockholm and Söderhamn. Aditso also holds a distinguished position as the only Swedish Certified Visma Technical Partner offering support to Visma distributors, solidifying its reputation as a leading provider of technical expertise within Visma ERP.
