M2S main owner, Harald Nilsonne, issues call options to key personnel Harald Nilsonne, M2S's main owner and CEO, has issued call options on Series B shares, written on his personnel holdings in M2S. The options, which entitle the holders at exercise to acquire from Harald Nilsonne a coresponding number of shares at a predetermined set price, were issued to CEO designate Stefan Gardefjord and to a limited number of key personnel in the Group. A total of 515,000 options were written, corresponding to about 12.8 percent of Harald Nilsonne's holding in M2S. The lifetime of the options varies between one and four years, and they are subscribed at an exercise price set today for each year. "As announced previously, we are strengthening our management functions in M2S as a natural step in the company's continued development. As main owner of M2S, I consider that it is of the utmost importance that I and Stefan as well as other important key personnel have the same strong, positive incentive to create shareholder value, short term as well as long term," says Harald Nilsonne. Stefan Gardefjord assumes the position of CEO of M2S at midyear 2001. As announced previously, Harald Nilsonne will work with the company's strategic development and is proposed, by a group of shareholders representing more than 50% of the votes, to be appointed Board Chairman of M2S. The current Chairman, Carl-Diedric Hamilton, is proposed by the same shareholder group to be appointed Vice Chairman of M2S.
