Special General Meeting (no 1) of M2S Sverige AB At the Special General Meeting of M2S Sverige AB, held on October 23, at 5 pm, in the company's premises at Linnégatan 18 in Stockholm, the decisions made included the following: The Meeting decided to amend Section 4, Paragraph 1, 1st sentence of the Articles of Association to read "Share capital in the company shall amount to not less than SEK 19,000,000 and not more than SEK 76,000,000. At the Meeting, it was noted that Harald Nilsonne, Carl-Diedric Hamilton, Gerard de Geer, Carl Nordlander and Wolfram Peters had resigned their posts on the Board of Directors and that Carl Kleman remains on the Board. Given this background, the Meeting decided that the Board would consist of five members without deputies. The Meeting then elected Bengt Stillström, Maria Lamm, Bertil Rosenlund and Stefan Gardefjord as new Board members. Bengt Stillström is, among other things, Chairman of the Board of Talamus Networks AB and AcadeMedia AB and has Board assignments at Haldex AB and Traction AB. Maria Lamm is a corporate lawyer at Traction AB. Bertil Rosenlund is a member of the Board of Munkkällaren i Visby AB and is CFO of AcadeMedia AB. Stefan Gardefjord is the President of M2S Sverige AB. Following the election, the Board members are Bengt Stillström, Maria Lamm, Bertil Rosenlund, Carl Kleman and Stefan Gardefjord. At a subsequent statutory meeting of the Board, Bengt Stillström was elected Chairman of the Board.
