MAGIX Photostory 2016 Deluxe: New features at a glance

Create slideshows that match the beat of your music
Photostory 2016 Deluxe includes two new tools to help users ensure their photos and music match perfectly together. Beat-based editing organizes their images so that they fit the rhythm of their own music. Users simply select a song, set a snap marker to the beat and the program will synchronize the photos to the music. An even easier option is to use one of the dynamic new editing templates, which comprise cuts, transitions and background music to suit the footage. Using a template provides a quick automatic arrangement of photos and footage to match the beat of the music.

Impressive title templates
In addition to a wide range of movie templates, users can also choose from one of the new animated title templates. Thanks to the modern title presets, users can easily add text in the form of opening and closing credits, separate chapters and subtitles to their slideshows.

Virtual tours in 360° recordings
Photostory 2016 Deluxe enables users to edit 360° photos and videos. With this new feature, users can import panoramas and 360° photos and videos, select the sections they want to use and add them to their slideshow. This makes creating virtual camera tracking in 360° and panoramic photos simple.

Improved travel route animation
Optimized travel route animation enables users to illustrate a travel route on a map by customizing the route display to select different vehicles - whether planes or bicycles - and defining the stops they made along the way.

Top-quality image stabilization
The fully-integrated Mercalli V2 plug-in from proDAD provides perfect stabilization for shaky video footage. With the help of image stabilization, users can also improve footage from DSLR cameras and mobile phones with corrections for unwanted effects. Shaky camera pans and stuttering zooms can also be smoothed out in no time.

Compatible with new video formats
Photostory 2016 Deluxe provides comprehensive support for all standard photo and video formats, including RAW and the new compression standard HEVC*. 4K, HD and 3D formats are also supported.

Photostory 2016 Deluxe is available online and in stores now for $89.99.
