Magnolia Bostad AB (publ) publishes bond prospectus and applies for admission to trading of its bonds on the sustainable bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm

On 19 May 2022, Magnolia Bostad AB (publ) (“Magnolia Bostad”) issued senior unsecured green bonds in the total amount of SEK 300,000,000 under a framework of SEK 1,500,000,000 (the “Bonds”). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds, Magnolia Bostad will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the sustainable bond list at Nasdaq Stockholm and the first listing day is expected to be on or about 21 June 2022. For the purpose of the admission to trading, Magnolia Bostad has prepared a listing prospectus, which has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus will be available at Magnolia Bostad’s website https://om.magnoliabostad.se/en/bonds and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website www.fi.se.
