Magnolia Bostad acquires building rights from NCC Boende in Limhamn and signs sales agreement

Magnolia Bostad acquires the building rights for approximately 280 apartments from NCC Boende AB in Limhamns läge in Malmö. At the same time, the Company signs an agreement for the sale of all rental apartments that are to be developed on the properties. The total property value at completion is approximately SEK 500 million.

Limhamns läge has a fantastic location by Öresund and is one of the largest housing development areas in Malmö. Originally an industrial area, Limhamns läge is now being developed into a new residential area in close proximity to the sea. When fully developed, the new neighbourhood will consist of some 1,500 homes, schools, preschools, shops and parks. 

The first phase of occupancy is expected during 2018.
